Liz is a seasoned social worker with a rich background in nonprofit work, she specializes in guiding clients towards healing and growth through creative trauma informed approaches. Liz’s practice is characterized by a compassionate, client-centered approach, specializing in supporting individuals through mood disorders, grief and loss, ADHD/Neurodiversity, LGBTQ+ identity, and chronic conditions.  

Liz is a fierce advocate for LGBTQ+ healthcare and promoting health equity within marginalized communities. During her tenure in nonprofits, she helped launch the nation's first LGBTQ specific sexual harm response program, oversaw the implementation of a surgery navigation program with gender affirming surgery for trans and gender diverse patients, and led an HCV case management program that provided treatment for patients regardless of their ability to pay. Her nearly two decades of work in this sphere uniquely equip her to provide expert support for individuals dealing with a wide range of challenges, always emphasizing empathy, acceptance, and collaborative problem solving. 

Liz is a born, bred, and forever Chicagoan residing on Chicago's northside with her wife, her toddler, and 18-year-old terrier named Grizzwald.
