Meet Wolf Pack’s Chief Operating Officer: Chelsea Laliberte Barnes, LSW
Hi, I’m Chelsea Laliberte Barnes, a mom and social worker, and I am thrilled to have joined Wolf Pack as Chief Operating Officer.
I started my career in digital marketing, managing communications campaigns that helped guide people toward products and services aligned with their needs. But after my little brother died from an accidental drug overdose, my focus shifted to growing the nonprofit our family started in his memory, Live4Lali.
We became one of Illinois’s leading harm reduction and recovery support providers, helping write and pass more than 25 state and federal laws and launching impactful community and statewide coalitions. Growing social movements is my specialty. I’m thrilled to contribute my experience and learn from our team (and YOU!) to make a greater impact.
I firmly believe that no one should ever be shut out from receiving the mental health care they deserve. I want to help solve Illinois’ workforce crisis and make being a clinician or nonprofit leader less challenging. My priority is to grow our clinical and consultant teams sustainably so clients have high-quality, trauma-informed, compassion-based support. I am so proud to be part of The Pack!
