Lori is a licensed social worker specializing in supporting individuals through life transitions, grief, and loss, with a focus on helping LGBTQ+ young adults and adults navigate their unique journeys.
She works with adolescents, drawing from her practicum training, and offers support to family members of those going through gender and/or sexual identity transitions.
With experience in treating mood disorders and a deep belief in a holistic approach, Lori treats the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
Informed by IFS and DBT, Lori is passionate about helping clients connect with their bodies to manage emotions, and relationships, and break free from patterns of self-harm.
