As a graduate clinical intern, my intention is to create a warm, affirming environment where you can safely explore life’s challenges without judgment. Moments of transition or emotional confrontation can sometimes unearth past experiences we thought we’d already moved through. Together, we’ll gently explore how those earlier experiences may still be shaping your present.

My approach is grounded in cultivating radical acceptance for where you’ve been and who you are now. Within sessions, I support meaning-making, encourage personal responsibility, and, when appropriate, welcome humor as a powerful tool for deeper healing.

I value the mind-body-spirit connection and believe each part of us offers insight into where healing is needed. Whether you’re navigating challenges related to self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, or family/relationship/peer dynamics, I’m here to support you with curiosity and compassion. My hope is that through our work together, you’ll reconnect with your authentic self and your unique strengths and story.

In the spirit of authenticity, I find joy and regulation outside of sessions through yoga, going to the movies, sending exceedingly long voice messages to friends across the country, expanding my niche pop culture knowledge, and giving lots of loving squeezes to my dog, Molly Junior.
