Olivia specializes in working with moms, folks navigating major life transitions, and anyone carrying the weight of stress, anxiety, burnout, or caregiving. If you’re navigating postpartum shifts, parenting challenges, life changes, or the exhaustion that comes from living and working in capitalist systems not built for us, you don’t have to move through it alone.

Her approach is gentle, collaborative, resource rooted and grounding. She blends mindfulness practices, DBT-informed tools, and creative expression to help you calm your nervous system, process internalized stress and trauma, and reconnect with the most aligned version of yourself. She also offers supportive goal-setting and therapeutic case management when structure is helpful.

With over a decade of experience in community mental health, case management, women’s empowerment, Social Emotional Learning program development and delivery, and family support, Olivia is ready to meet you exactly where you are with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment. Healing doesn’t make life perfect, but with practice it turns each step into progress, helping you ride the waves more smoothly and appreciate the calm waters more deeply.
