Tori is a dynamic clinical social worker, certified diversity practitioner, and workforce developer with over two decades of experience in the global nonprofit sectors across the U.S., Africa, the Caribbean, and Europe. As the founder and CEO of Globally Empowered, she leads workforce development initiatives through assessment, training development, program/project management, research, growth strategy, and content creation with a health equity, diversity, and inclusion lens.

At Wolf Pack Therapy, Tori serves as a dedicated Clinical Fellow specializing in anxiety, depression, infertility, adoption competence, and trauma. Proudly calling herself an “Infertility Warrior,” she draws from her personal and professional experiences to offer empathetic support, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and tailored coping strategies. Tori utilizes a range of therapeutic and spiritual modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems Therapy, and group therapy, to address the unique needs of individuals, couples, and support groups.

Tori earned her Master's in Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago’s (UIC) Jane Addams College of Social Work with a concentration in mental health. During her training, she provided clinical therapy to HIV+ clients at the University of Illinois HIV/AIDS Community Clinic Network and co-led a support group for LGBTQ+ individuals. At Haymarket Center, she helped launch a hepatitis C rapid testing program and directed trauma-focused clinical therapy for clients recovering from substance use disorders. She also designed and co-facilitated complementary and alternative medicine programs, including sound healing, meditation, reiki, and craniosacral therapy. 

Tori’s dedication to fostering resilience and promoting healthy relationships shines through her personalized care approach within a nurturing environment. She has authored numerous journal articles, book chapters, blog posts, and co-edited a textbook. Recently, she was honored as a distinguished fellow by the National Academies of Practice (NAP) through her induction into the Social Work Academy.

Residing in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, Tori shares her life with husband Michał and their three adorable Tuxedo cat furbabies, Niko, Étienne, and Taro.
