Let’s be honest, therapy can feel like a bit of a mystery. Do I lie down? Do I cry? Do I need to have a big dramatic breakthrough? (Spoiler: nope.)
This virtual discussion is a friendly space to unpack what actually happens in talk therapy. We’ll walk through what a session looks like, how progress works (hint: it’s not linear), and why you don’t need to be “broken enough” to start.
Whether you’re therapy-curious, newly on a waitlist, or just trying to make peace with the idea of talking to a stranger about your feelings, we’ve got you.
Heather Bodie is a human who loves to do human stuff. She has a degree in humanity and is an expert in being human. On the weekends she hangs out with other humans. When she isn’t a human, she’s an otter.

Understanding My Health Insurance & How To Use It
As consumers of mental health services ourselves, we are often confused about the ever-changing landscape of coverage for mental healthcare. We are committed to informing you about current and anticipated coverage changes, cost expectations, and Wolf Pack’s philosophy around paying for services. Our foundational principle is that one’s ability to pay should not stand in the way of receiving mental health care; as such, we want you to know your options. Check out our free webinar.

Absolutely. When registering, you will be linked to Stripe, which is set up as a Pay-What-You-Can structure. And that means what you think it does—pay what you can.
-
oWolf Pack’s pricing structure reflects our understanding that folks have differing abilities to pay for services, and the inability to pay should not exclude anyone from participation.
Humbly built with equity, trust, and fairness, we offer a Pay-What-You-Can structure, allowing participants to choose what they can afford based on their income. We rely on the honor system to empower people to contribute based on their capacity. We don’t know how much money you have!
While we are excited to offer this model, we also want to communicate information about the time, labor, passion, energy, and years of experience our experts are contributing to developing and implementing these trainings. As such, we will always include an asking price and a value price (with processing fees added) in our registration platforms to maintain transparency with you. Please review them before registering.
If you are interested in a Group Discount Package for your practice or organization, please contact chelsea@wolfpacktherapy.com.
